Can I use my current domain name?

Of course you can! You will be provided with a 'staging site' similar to yourdomain.publishpath.com so that you can access and administrate your site as well as view work progress. Once you are satisfied and ready to launch your website, we will assist you in pointing your domain to your website.

Can I use your Content Management System (CMS) with my current website?

Yes! We will need to evaluate your current website to see how much manual work it will entail to transfer it to our system, but it can be done. We will assist you in backing up the content on your current website and transferring it to our CMS once we have your design in place.

Can I host your Content Management System (CMS) on my own server?

No. Our CMS is unique to our environment. Besides, hosting is free with our CMS so why pay more?

How secure will my website be?

Yes! Your website is hosted on a tier-four data center that offers the highest level of hosting security. You can rest assured that your website is safe.

What are the system requirements?

Our CMS works on both a Mac and a PC. It is a web-based software so there is nothing to install. All you need is a computer with an internet connection and a web browser*. (*Mac users may either use Safari or Firefox. PC users may use IE6 or later or Firefox. Linux may use Firefox.)

Is there a limit on how many pages I may have on my website?

To an extent, yes. Page limit is based upon the CMS plan you choose. If you feel that you need more pages than allowed, all you have to do is upgrade your plan.

Are there bandwidth or storage limitations?

No. Storage and bandwidth are typically not a problem. If you are storing a huge amount of files or photographs on your site, you may need to upgrade your CMS plan.

Do I get email with my website?

While we don't offer email directly, you may host your email wherever you want. We recommend using Google's email application because you can set it up with your domain name, it is a great service, and it is FREE! You can set this up yourself or we can do it for you for a one-time fee of $50.

How much does it cost to design my website?

We don't have a set price for design cost since each website it custom built based on your needs. Contact us now for a free quote.

What if I have a question or don't know how to do something?

We have a built in support system. Log in to your administration panel and click 'help'. This will provide detailed information for any question that you may have.
